Pilot System Brew Day - Eureka IPA

Another brew day on the pilot system is behind us. We brewed the same recipe as last time to calculate our effeciency. A huge yeast slurry from the first brew was pitched into this one to get the fermenation going. Our starting gravity was 1.070, and with all of that yeast we should be done fermenting in a few days.
